What does a bespoke media wall cost?
Understand what affects a bespoke media wall quotation: size, finish, cupboards, lighting, electrical work, appliance supply and installation.
A useful price starts with a defined design. A simple television feature and a full-width wall with cupboards, lighting and a built-in fire involve different materials and stages of work.
What affects the price?
- Dimensions and layout: wall width, depth, niches, recesses and the relationship with existing features.
- Storage: cupboard size, doors, hardware and the amount of fitted furniture.
- Finishes: smooth painted surfaces, ribbed panels, timber slats, mouldings or other specified materials.
- Lighting and services: fittings, switching, power points, cable routes and any additional work.
- Appliances: the fire, TV bracket and whether supply is part of the quotation.
- Preparation and completion: removals, floor protection, plaster finish, decoration and making good.
Compare complete customer prices
Request the total price for the agreed scope and a clear statement of VAT, inclusions and exclusions. Ask whether the fire, TV mounting, decoration and waste removal are included. Confirm deposit and payment arrangements in writing before booking.
Why there is no generic starting price here
We quote against your requirements. A headline figure without a defined wall size, finish and appliance allowance is not enough to tell you what your room will cost.
What to send us
Include photographs of the whole wall and adjacent space, your address, any approximate measurements and examples of the design you like. Add your TV model and fire choice if known. You can upload photographs and videos using the enquiry form.
Before accepting the quotation
Check the agreed drawing or layout, specifications, installation stages, total customer price, payment schedule, exclusions, aftercare and warranty arrangements. Any changes should be agreed before the relevant work proceeds.
