Enquiry forms and other services
We use Wix to handle our enquiry form, contact records and uploaded photographs or videos. Our website hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate these services and handle your enquiry.
Links to WhatsApp and Google open those providers’ services. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them. Please send only the photographs and project details needed for your enquiry.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide any services you agree with us, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. You can contact us to ask about the information we hold and the retention period that applies to it.
Cookies and optional website measurement
This website does not load Google Analytics or advertising pixels. If you choose “Allow measurement”, we count page views and actions such as phone taps, WhatsApp clicks, form-opening clicks and design enquiries. We store totals by date, page, action and design reference. We do not store your name, contact details, full referring address or IP address in those measurement records.
Your measurement choice is saved in your browser so we can remember it. Choosing “Essential only” stops optional measurement. You can change your choice at any time using . Aggregate measurement records are kept for up to 13 months and removed during subsequent measurement processing.
A button click does not confirm that a message or form was sent. Confirmed enquiries and booked work are handled separately in our business records. Our private enquiry tracker holds internal references, enquiry source, town, design, quotation value and booking stage. Customer contact information remains in our existing enquiry and contact systems.
Essential hosting, access and security technology is used to deliver and protect the website. Our embedded Wix form, WhatsApp and Facebook operate under their own privacy policies when you use those services. Videos on this site are links to Facebook; we do not load a Facebook video player before you choose to visit.
