Before the design is agreed
We need to understand the full wall, the viewing position and any existing sockets, radiators, chimney breast or built-in furniture. Your photographs start the conversation; site measurements and appliance specifications establish the final design.
Plan access and protect the room
Discuss access, parking, working hours, furniture movement, floor protection and any restrictions before work starts. Tell us about known services or changes behind the existing wall. Keep pets and children away from the working area.
Allow for the right sequence
Structure and service routes come before the finished surfaces. Plaster drying, decoration and final fitting may need separate stages. The programme for your particular wall should explain these steps and any periods when the room cannot be used normally.
Check the finished installation
The handover should cover the agreed features, controls, access points and care instructions. Keep appliance documents, relevant electrical paperwork, your quotation and the agreed warranty information together.
Aftercare
Care depends on the specified finish and appliances. Follow the relevant manufacturer’s instructions and contact us if you need help identifying the right next step. Product guarantees and workmanship arrangements should be confirmed for your project in writing.
